Zovkarel reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you are found to be in violation of these terms or if your conduct is deemed harmful to the platform, other users, or Zovkarel.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 Permitted Use
You may access and use the platform solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial educational purposes, unless you have entered into a separate written agreement with Zovkarel permitting commercial use.

— Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
— Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
— Circumventing any access controls, digital rights management systems, or security features of the platform.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to course videos, written materials, graphics, software, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Zovkarel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2 Limited Licence
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Zovkarel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform content solely for your personal educational purposes. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell, resell, or commercially exploit any content.
5.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content to the platform, including comments, feedback, or project files, you grant Zovkarel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit such content.
6. Payments and Refunds
6.1 Fees
Certain courses or features may require payment. All fees are displayed at the time of purchase. Zovkarel reserves the right to change pricing at any time, with changes taking effect upon posting to the platform.
6.2 Refund Policy
Refund eligibility is determined at Zovkarel's discretion and will be communicated at the point of purchase or upon request. To request a refund, contact support@lengcheng.icu. Refunds will not be issued for content that has been substantially accessed or completed.
6.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies that may apply to your purchase, depending on your location.
